At Non Solo Gelato we offer authentic artisan Italian Gelato, only fresh ingredients are used to infuse intense flavours into every scoop. We lovingly make it fresh every day, mixing organic milk from Jersey island with Italian passion for great taste. We use Sicilian pistachios to create the perfect pale green shade, as well as the aromatic Madagascan vanilla pods bring an exotic taste to an old Gelato favourite, just to mention a few. Our quenching Sorbetto is handmade using only seasonal fresh fruits, making it refreshingly delicious as well as fat and dairy free!  To make the perfect sorbet we blend an all natural grape sugar and carob bean gum to have the optimal flavor and texture.
